Congestion, booze and graffiti
The congestion charge is tonight's top story again. This time it's over claims by the Williams BMW dealership that it wants to move staff to Bolton so they're outside the charging zone. Unfortunately, the bosses refused to speak on camera about it. That won't stop us doing the story, though. We unleashed Kevin Duffy on to it.
An off licence in Rochdale wants to have late night opening. But its neighbours are kicking up a fuss about it. So Bev's looked at it. We've not had many places (other than the big supermarkets) that have actually gone for 24-hour licences.
